Bill joined Arlington in 2017 to further strengthen the firm's debt capital advisory and restaurant sector capabilities. Prior to Arlington, Bill spent 22 years at GE Capital and Antares Capital, most recently working within GE Capital's Franchise Finance group, where he specialized in leveraged finance transactions for private equity-owned restaurant businesses. Bill attended Brown University and holds an MBA from Duke University. He resides in Scottsdale with his wife and four children.
Dai joined Arlington in 2021 and is focused on growing the firm's cannabis practice. Prior to joining Arlington, Dai served as VP Corporate Development for Left Coast Ventures, a diversified cannabis and hemp company specializing in cultivation, manufacturing, brand development and distribution. Prior to Left Coast Ventures, Dai held various corporate development and investment positions at MedMen, Anheuser-Busch InBev, Austin Ventures and Bank of America Merrill Lynch. Dai graduated from the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA).
Ian joined Arlington in 2022. Prior to joining Arlington, he worked for Pinecrest Capital Partners in Dallas and interned at Argonne Capital Group in Atlanta. Ian holds a BSBA in Finance & Economics from the University of South Alabama.

Kelly joined Arlington Capital Advisors in 2019. Prior to joining Arlington, Kelly oversaw BSA and AML compliance at BBVA Compass and Regions Bank. Kelly graduated from Auburn University with a Bachelor of Science in Finance.
Michael joined Arlington Capital Advisors in February 2023. Prior to Arlington Michael worked for a boutique investment bank based in London working on transactions across multiple sectors including healthcare, infrastructure and business services. Michael is a chartered accountant with an Economics degree from the University of Manchester, England.
Raphael joined Arlington from Herax Partners, a mid market-focused London-based M&A advisory boutique. He previously completed internships in both corporate finance and corporate law in Hamburg and Frankfurt. Raphael holds a Bachelor of Laws from EBS University in Wiesbaden, Germany. He lives in London where he enjoys running in one of the many parks of the city.

Rob joined our firm in 2022 and brings 12+ years of finance and investment banking experience. He recently held leadership positions at two sporting goods companies going through restructurings and was responsible for the European expansion of a Switzerland-based technology company. Beforehand, Rob was an M&A banker at Deutsche Bank and Credit Suisse. He is a CFA charter holder and obtained a Master's degree from the Frankfurt School of Finance and Management. He lives in Zug, Switzerland with his wife and son.

Vann Russell - Founder, Managing Director
Vann founded Arlington Capital Advisors in 2004. Prior to founding Arlington, Vann spent over a decade with Deloitte and was also a franchisee of several restaurant and multi-unit concepts. At Arlington, Vann has developed specific expertise in advising emerging consumer brands in the beverage and restaurant industries and is widely considered the leading dealmaker in the global beer sector. Vann graduated from The University of Alabama, Birmingham, majoring in accounting. He has also served on the board of directors of several privately held restaurant and franchise / multi-unit companies.
