The ethos of the Sleep Support Project is to aim to provide informed emotional support and counselling for people living with sleep issues or diagnosed sleep disorders... We offer a secondary support service and are unable to provide primary care medical sleep support. Always consult with your GP or healthcare professional if you are living with sleep disruption or believe you have a sleep disorder... We are qualified BACP Registered counsellors based in Greater Manchester, able to provide one to one counselling and CBT (Cognitive Behavioural Therapy), via face to face counselling in the Manchester area, or telephone counselling sessions across the UK. We are also able to offer CBT-i (CBT for insomnia), group support and sleep workshops.
