Our mission is to facilitate individuals, organisations and corporations to become actively aware of and willing to address of the challenges faced by people from minoritised backgrounds, particularly Black people, as well as those with characteristics that can or are often discriminated against (e.g., gender identities, sexual orientation, age, disability, etc.)... BRK Ujima, established in 2020 by 3 Black women (Belinda, Ronda & Kũi), is an anti-racism training and consulting organisation working to re-imagine diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI) in the workplace.
