Edward joined Bell in 2019 as Head of Pre-Sales and Analytics before becoming Chief Technology Officer. He now leads the strategy, development and implementation of Bell technology solutions for customers. Edward has extensive Procurement and Technology experience having spent time in Management Consulting, Technology and Sales; giving him a rounded experience to ensure our products continue to solve customer challenges in the market.

As CEO, Nick's focus is to lead and support the executive team to deliver against the strategic goals of the company, and to continue to engage with customers and partners to ensure the alignment of Bell's strategy and customer requirements.
Nick has held senior management and Board-level roles in many organisations including ICL and Veritas, and latterly with Board roles at Morse and 2E2 and Bell Integration.

Robert joined Bell in 2019 to take on the role of General Counsel and is responsible for global legal, governance and compliance functions.
Robert has more than 25 years' legal experience in corporate and commercial transactions and disputes advising the smallest to the largest companies across the private and public sectors. His former roles include leading his own legal practice, Blaser Mills, Non-Executive Director of Cognisco Group, Chair of the Board for Bingo Express and General Counsel and Company Secretarial roles in other leading law firms.
