Stellar Projects was established in 2016 by the directors, Rachel Willis & Lyndsey Stephenson. Based in the Tees Valley we have over 40 years' combined experience of producing high quality cultural projects and events, specialising in outdoor arts. We work in partnership with other cultural organisations, festivals and local authorities across the region to deliver projects which engage our local communities and artists, helping instil a sense of pride of place and bringing excellent, impactful and meaningful work to the very heart of Teesside...
