Dr Andrew Fennell (GDC 78419) is the clinical director at Winning Smiles. He leads the Winning Smiles team while devoting his clinical time to cases involving dental implants, crowns and full mouth rehabilitation restoring beauty and function to patients with complex problems.
Dr Desai has a special interest in cosmetic dentistry and is always enrolling on courses both in the UK and internationally to keep up with the latest innovative treatments.

Dr Desai completed his BDS qualification from Cardiff University in 2014, before starting his vocational training. Shortly after, Dr Desai passed all the examinations needed to earn his Membership of the Joint Dental Faculties with the Royal College of Surgeons.
Anuj has a special interest in cosmetic dentistry and is always enrolling in courses in the UK and internationally to keep up with the latest innovative treatments.
He is qualified to provide Invisalign and fixed braces with a postgraduate certificate in orthodontics.
Dr. Jonathon Woods obtained his degree from Cardiff University in 2013 and subsequently gained professional experience in Somerset and Suffolk prior to joining Winning Smiles.
His areas of interest within dentistry encompass implants and restorative dentistry, with a focus on enhancing the appearance of natural teeth and providing tooth replacements in cases of loss.
Beyond his dental practice, he enjoys recreational activities such as motorcycle riding and engaging in hockey games.

Holly is a dual qualified dental hygienist and therapist with over ten years of experience. She graduated with a first class honours degree from the University of Portsmouth and was awarded with the British Dental Association prize for outstanding academic achievement.

Holly is mum to two young children and loves spending time with her family. Holly loves to be outside in nature and running, especially Parkrun.

Lauren graduated from The Royal London in 2010 as a dually qualified dental hygienist & therapist. She has been a long standing member of the team for over 10 years. In this time she has established a strong relationship with her patients at winning smiles. She is a passionate dental care professional and prides herself on her gentle & caring approach.

In her spare time, Lauren enjoys swimming, baking and spending time with her husband and their two young children.

Rose was a dental nurse for over 8 years before she graduated from the University of Essex as a Dental Hygienist in 2019.
Since qualifying as a hygienist, Rose has worked in a range of dental practices, which has enabled her to enhance her existing skills and allowed further professional development.
In 2020, she returned to university and studied for a BSc in Oral Health Science.
This enables Rose to practice as a dental therapist and carry out additional duties. This includes fillings and dental treatment on children, which she finds rewarding. Rose enjoys keeping up to date with the latest techniques, especially with implant after care. This allows her to deliver the best possible treatment to her patients.
