When it comes to operational planning Aimee has all the skills it takes to ensure the smooth operation of the projects OneFifty undertakes. As a serving Army Reserve Officer, she brings her military planning experience to our projects, which often present logistical challenges. Our teams work nights and weekends, frequently to exacting schedules, which requires careful planning and people management. From initial booking through to implementation and follow up, Aimee oversees everything, making sure the appropriate staff and equipment are all in the right place at the right time. She also arranges regular training to ensure that competencies are maintained in line with H&S guidelines.

After many years of working at management level in the industry there is not much that Andy does not know about running a commercial cleaning business. Together with Max he has researched and invested in different state-of-the-art cleaning equipment with the aim of delivering the best quality exterior cleaning in the UK. With his military background (Andy was a Major in the British Army) he truly knows the value of punctuality, efficiency and maintaining the highest standards - and this is reflected in the way that OneFifty works.

Max is the energy and drive behind the business. Together with Andy he sought out and invested in the MeClean cleaning equipment with the aim of delivering the best quality jet wash cleaning in the UK. Max is the energy and drive behind OneFifty. He has made it his business to learn the best ways of cleaning different contaminants off building exteriors. He created the tried and tested processes that the company follows to achieve the best possible cleaning outcome whilst mitigating risk to the building surface. Renowned for thinking outside the box, Max thrives on a challenge - no job is too complex.
