Emma Wilson - Managing Director

Emma founded Bailey Wilson in 2010 and has over 25 years' experience in the industry. Emma has worked in both small and large practices as well as industry, bringing a wealth of skill and experience to assist clients. Initially starting up her own practice to build around her life as a new mum, the business has grown, going from strength to strength. As the Managing Director, Emma oversees the running of the practice and has a plethora of knowledge and expertise which has allowed her to build a strong reputation for Bailey Wilson. Emma loves working with her clients to achieve their goals. Outside of work, Emma is a mum of two boys. In her free time, Emma can often be found cheering her sons on at the side of the football and hockey pitches.

Jack Turner

Job Titles:
  • Accounts Semi - Senior
Jack joined us as an apprentice in 2019 and has recently been promoted to Accounts Semi-Senior on part completion of his AAT studies. Jack is currently working towards the final year of his AAT qualification and supports the payroll and accounts department. Outside of work, Jack is a keen car restorer and spends his spare time working with his dad to restore his very own Hillman Imp.

Joe Hall

Job Titles:
  • Accounts Apprentice
Joe is part of our accounts team, joining us in November 2020 as our Accounts Apprentice. Joe is also undertaking his AAT qualification, most recently starting his Level 3. Joe is a keen football fan, regularly attending Leeds football matches across the country!

Katy Lloyd

Katy joined the team in August 2015. At 18, she decided to study AAT and on completion, she took a year out to travel around Australia. On returning, she found her vacancy with Emma and has been part of the team for 7 years now. Katy successfully finished her ICAEW studies and Level 7 apprenticeship in October 2020 and has worked her way up to Director. Katy oversees the Accounts Department and a little bit of everything else. With her can do attitude she helps clients with a variety of queries. Outside of work, Katy has bought her first home and is currently on her first renovation project.

Tracy Harnby

Job Titles:
  • Practice Administrator
Tracy is our Practice Administrator and deals with the day-to-day tasks of running the practice for both clients and the team. Tracy enjoys spending time with her family and her cats. She has a creative side, and is currently trying her hand at dressmaking!
