Aimee R. DeCamillo

Aimee is accountable for the strategy, growth, and overall financials of Manulife Investment Management's retirement business around the globe. While aligning overall strategy with the nuances of local markets, she drives the efficiencies, best practices, and collaboration enabled by the firm's global scale. Before joining Manulife Investment Management, Aimee served as chief commercial officer and a member of the executive leadership team at Jackson Financial, Inc., leading its sales, marketing, and product organizations to deliver growth. Prior to that, Aimee was president and head of retirement plan services for T. Rowe Price. She also spent several years in leadership roles at Bank of America and Merrill Lynch, including head of personal retirement solutions. In addition to her work in the retirement industry, Aimee has been a leading presence with multiple industry associations, including the LIMRA/LOMA Secure Retirement Institute, where she served as chair of the board, and the SPARK Institute, where she was a governing board member. Andrew G. Arnott

Andrew G. Arnott is global head of retail, Manulife Investment Management, president and CEO, John Hancock Investment Management, and head of wealth and asset management, United States and Europe. Andrew is responsible for retail across all businesses and channels on a global scale. He's also president of the John Hancock Group of Funds Board and a member of the board of directors of John Hancock Worldwide Investors. Andrew brings a wealth of organizational and industry expertise to his current roles, including more than 25 years of experience in the asset management industry. Since 2012, Andrew has led all aspects of John Hancock Investment Management's business, from investments, sales, marketing, finance, and product development to operations and technology. Prior to that, he held a variety of leadership positions at John Hancock with increasing responsibility. Christopher P. Conkey

Erik Gustafson

As Global COO of Real Estate, Erik drives the growth and category expansion of Real Estate's $20B managed portfolio. He works closely with the Global Head of Real Estate and our leadership team to implement the group's organizational vision, operational strategy, and target growth initiatives. Erik previously served as Manulife Investment Management's Head of U.S. Asset Management, overseeing a 30 million square feet portfolio of office, industrial and multifamily assets, where he transformed the asset management operating model to accommodate the growth of our business. Previously, Erik was the Global Head of Portfolio Management at the Pembroke Real Estate group of Fidelity Investments, where he was responsible for overseeing portfolio strategy, strategic asset initiatives and performance across a 9 million square foot global real estate portfolio in fourteen gateway markets. Prior to heading Portfolio Management at Pembroke, Erik was responsible for targeting and managing investment into multiple new global markets and identifying, developing and executing investment and development strategies that maximized asset values for Pembroke's investors. During almost 15 years at Fidelity, Erik spent time based in the Boston and London offices and in 2010 launched Pembroke's Stockholm office to manage and grow a multi-country Nordic portfolio. Erik began his career with Arthur Andersen and Capgemini Ernst & Young in New York City. Gerry Peterson

Gerry is head of general account operations, supporting the firm's global wealth and asset management business and is responsible for managing global operations, including on-balance-sheet assets, public markets, affiliated wealth management clients, and the global retirement business. He leads the design, implementation, and management of the data governance and information management program. Gerry has held several global leadership roles across several geographies throughout his 20-year career with Goldman Sachs (GS), including significant experience in Asia. Most recently, he was the firm's global head of operations banking, investing and lending, where he was responsible for setting up a new operations business and managing the group, with teams located in New York, Dallas, London, Bengaluru, Hong Kong, and Tokyo. During his time at GS, he also managed multiple initiatives, including driving automation and digitization across several parts of the business. Prior to his current role, he served as Asia co-head of operations, managing Singapore, Hong Kong, Tokyo, Korea, China, Australia, India and Taiwan, leading a global team that supported all GS revenue-producing areas, plus strategic initiatives to build out GS's footprint and capabilities across Asia. Gregory Sweeney

Gregory leads Manulife Investment Management's real estate investment team in Canada. He's responsible for executing the investment strategy for both its general account and third-party clients, which include all aspects of investment management such as origination, underwriting, structuring, and negotiation of transaction documents in support of real property acquisitions, dispositions, and development activity in Canada. Since joining the company in 2011, Gregory has completed investment transactions across all property types and regions. In addition, he's participated in several strategic corporate initiatives, including the development and launch of Manulife's inaugural Canadian commercial real estate pooled fund and real estate due diligence in support of Manulife's acquisition of Standard Life's Canadian operations.

Jessie Liu

In her role, Jessie leads the sourcing, acquisition, and new market development of real estate investment in the region. Prior to joining Manulife, Jessie was Director, Real Estate & Finance at Yue Yuen Industrial (Holdings) Ltd. where she was responsible for implementing its real estate strategy in Greater China. Jessie has also held roles as Investment Director in China Resources Land Private Equity, and as Associate in the Real Estate team of the Blackstone Group and of Merrill Lynch Real Estate Principal Investments. John D. Danello

Prior to joining Manulife/John Hancock in 2005, John served as chief counsel for the life insurance and asset management businesses at Allmerica Financial. Prior to that, he was managing director and general counsel for the asset management business at Freedom Securities, a holding company of broker-dealers and investment management firms. Earlier in his career, John was associated with the law firms Goodwin Procter and Squire Patton Boggs; he also clerked for the chief judge of the U.S. Federal District Court in Ohio's Northern District. John earned an A.B. from Duke University and a J.D. from Case Western Reserve University.

Joëlle T. Metzman

Joëlle is responsible for overseeing key risk exposures across the Global Wealth and Asset Management platform. In addition, she is charged with operational risk oversight for Manulife's general account. Prior to joining the firm, Joëlle was the Chief Risk Officer of PGIM, the investment management division of Prudential Financial. At PGIM, she implemented and maintained a risk management framework across all asset management businesses, including public fixed income, equity, real estate, mortgages, private debt, international investments, and PGIM's mutual funds' manufacturing and distribution platform. Previously, Joëlle was the global head of Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) and operational risk at Lazard Frères, where she developed and implemented a global SOX program upon the firm's initial public offering, as well as an operational risk program across all business lines, including investment banking and asset management. Additionally, Joëlle spent over 10 years in internal audit with Deutsche Bank and Credit Suisse, where she was responsible for managing regional and global audits of various fixed-income, equity, and investment banking units, as well as support functions. She started her career with KPMG and worked in audit and consulting with the Paris, Philadelphia, and New York practices. Karen A. McCafferty

Before joining John Hancock Investment Management in 2012, Karen was senior vice president, director of marketing, communications, and corporate affairs at Banco Santander in Boston, where she was responsible for all bank-wide marketing and communications, public relations, corporate affairs, and corporate social responsibility. During her 12-year tenure at Putnam Investments, Karen served as managing director of retail marketing, responsible for marketing and communication programs in support of retail product lines, open- and closed-end funds, 529 education savings plans, separately managed accounts, and retirement plans across multiple distribution channels. Additionally, Karen worked at Hill Holliday, a Boston advertising agency, as vice president management supervisor and as a key account sales manager for Kraft General Foods. Kenneth Tsang

Kenneth is responsible for managing real estate investment assets within the Asian specific general account and enhancing portfolio performance through accretive asset management as well as investment management support to expand to new markets and asset classes. Prior to joining the company in 2019, Kenneth was the General Manager - Property at KHI Holdings Group where he co-led the acquisition, asset management, development, and divestment of real estate assets across Australia, China, Hong Kong, Singapore, Japan, and the U.K. Prior to joining KHI Holdings Group, he was the Executive Director for Development of Real Estate in Asia for JPMorgan Asset Management Real Assets (Asia) Ltd. Within this role, Kenneth was responsible for the development management, asset management, and acquisition support for real estate opportunistic investments in Australia, China, Hong Kong, and Japan. Kristie M. Feinberg

Leo Zerilli

Marc Feliciano

Michael F. Dommermuth

Pritesh Patel

Pritesh has 28 years of experience in the real estate industry, executing over $10 billion in value-add, opportunistic, and core transactions. Pritesh joined Manulife Investment Management in 2015 after 13 years with GE Capital Real Estate, where he served as senior director. While at GE, he was responsible for the origination of investments and direction of asset management activities. In the decade prior to joining GE, Pritesh worked at MetLife, Goldman Sachs, Lowe Enterprises, and HFF, holding various director positions in acquisitions, portfolio and asset management, and development, completing transactions for both debt and equity nationwide. Pritesh is an active member of both the Urban Land Institute and the Commercial Real Estate Development Association. Rob Maulden

Rob Maulden is Manulife Investment Management's Global Head of Real Estate Development. In his role, Rob is responsible for overseeing all development projects for various types of real estate assets. Previously, he was managing director of real estate investments, where he was responsible for the company entering the U.S. market rate multifamily acquisitions business. Prior to that, Rob was director of acquisitions for John Hancock Realty Advisors, then a wholly owned subsidiary of John Hancock Financial Services and its parent company, Manulife Financial Corp. In that role, he was responsible for investing in various real estate investment vehicles, including housing and historic tax credits, market-rate housing, private equity funds involving commercial and market-rate housing properties, and various types of joint venture partnerships. Prior to joining the firm, Rob worked for Daedalus Projects, where he was responsible for development and project management, and before that, he worked at Migliassi-Jackson & Associates, where he was responsible for multifamily housing design services. Scott Gordon

Scott oversees the firm's real estate investment assets within Canada and the United States across office, industrial, multifamily, and retail properties. Previously, he was head of Canadian real estate asset management. Stephen J. Blewitt

Steve is responsible for developing and commercializing Manulife Investment Management's private markets assets for the benefit of the firm's clients. The private markets platform offers long-term solutions for clients by leveraging the firm's expertise across private equity, private credit, timberland, farmland, real estate, infrastructure, and private placement debt. Steve joined Manulife in 1982 and was most recently head of Hancock Capital Management (HCM), where he was responsible for the team's private equity and private credit investment programs. Prior to joining HCM, he spent 12 years as the team leader and member of the industrial and consumer products team of John Hancock's North American corporate finance group, and 6 years in John Hancock's group pensions department.
