Dr Christopher To Wing

Dr To is a chartered arbitrator, certified adjudicator and accredited mediator, chartered engineer, chartered information technology professional, barrister-at-law and a law professor (adjunct) who is on the panels of various leading global alternative dispute resolution bodies. He has arbitrated, adjudicated and mediated a variety of cases and is representing clients in cases within the dispute resolution field. Dr To is currently a barrister at law at Gilt Chambers and the Programme Director of the LLM in Arbitration and Dispute Resolution at the City University of Hong Kong and was the Secretary-General of the Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre (1998 to 2008).

Dr James Lin

Mr Patrick Law Fu-yuen

Mr Law is the Deputy Assurance Leader of Ernst & Young Hong Kong and Macau. He has over 25 years of practical experience in assurance and business advisory services, including assisting clients to seek listings in Hong Kong. Mr Law is an incumbent member of the Competition Commission and the Process Review Panel for the Insurance Authority. He was the President of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants in 2019.

Mr Roger Best

Mr Stephen Hung

Mr Stephen Lee

He retired from KPMG in 2011 as Partner-in-Charge of the Risk Consulting practices of KPMG in respect of Hong Kong, mainland China and the Asia Pacific region, and is currently serving as a Governor and Past President of The Institute of Internal Auditors Hong Kong. Mr Stephen Wong

Mr Wong is a fellow member of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants. He joined RSM Hong Kong in 1988 and was made partner in 1991. He is currently the Managing Partner and the Head of Audit and Assurance Services of RSM Hong Kong. Mr Wong was also a member of the Global Quality Committee of RSM Global from January 2011 to July 2023 which oversees the audit quality of all RSM member firms over the world.

Mr Webster Ng Kam-wah

Being the founder of Webster Ng & Co., managing director of AC CPA Limited and Independent Non-Executive Director and Chairman of Audit Committee of two listed companies in main board, Mr Ng served in accounting profession for over 28 years and is a fellow Certified Public Accountant (Practising) and Chartered Tax Adviser. Mr Ng engages in various accountancy positions including TIHK, SCAA, ACCA and HKICPA, etc. On community sectors, he is currently a Non-Executive Director and Chairman of Audit Committee of eMPF Platform Company Limited and member of various Government committees such as ICAC, Social Worker Registration Board, Lotteries Fund Advisory Committee and Lump Sum Grant Steering Committee.

Mr William Mak

Mr Mak is a barrister-at-law and practises as an advocate and arbitrator in international and commercial disputes, and property law. He is an incumbent member of the Public Service Commission and the Insurance Appeals Tribunal panel. He has previously served on various Government boards and committees, including the Financial Reporting Review Panel as the Convenor cum Member and the Council of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants as a lay member.​ Mr Mak was a partner of PwC Hong Kong. He is also a past Chairman of The Association of Chartered Certified Accountants, Hong Kong. He has over 30 years of experience in providing assurance and advisory services in Hong Kong and Mainland China with capital market related activities.

Mr Yu Chung-leung

Mr Yu is a partner of Lee & Yu Certified Public Accountants. He has more than 28 years of experience in engagements of a wide range of Hong Kong based companies, from small local entrepreneurial organisations to large international group and manufacturing companies, as well as companies listed on the Hong Kong and Overseas Stock Exchange. He is an incumbent member of the Yuen Long District Fight Crime Committee and has previously served on the Panel of Film Censorship Advisers and Public Affairs Forum as a member.

Ms Daisy Yeung

Ms Yeung joined the Emperor Capital Group in 1996 and has been working in the financial industry over 26 years with extensive experience, she is now the Managing Director of the Board and Chief Executive Officer of the Group, the Chairperson of the Executive Committee as well as a member of the Remuneration Committee and Nomination Committee of the Company. As the responsible officer for several subsidiaries of the Company, including Emperor Securities Limited, Emperor Futures Limited, Emperor Wealth Management Limited and Emperor Asset Management Limited, her duties include formulating company strategy, overseeing company business and management, and in particular on overall operations in the fields of marketing and business development.

Ms Flora Wang Fang

Ms Wang is Director, Sustainable Investing & Portfolio Manager at Fidelity International. Based in Hong Kong, she heads the stewardship team covering the Greater China markets. She is also the assistant portfolio manager for the Sustainable Asia fund. Before joining FIL, she was the head of Investment Stewardship for the Greater China markets. Ms Grace Hui

Ms Janet Li

Ms Li, CFA, MAoF, is a Partner and the Wealth Business Leader, Asia at Mercer. She oversees and is responsible for Mercer's Wealth (Investment and Retirement) Business in Asia. In her role, she leads and drives strategic growth to the business as well as its operations and implementations. Ms Li has vast experience working with institutional clients (sovereigns, pension, insurance, corporate and wealth management). Her experience also spans across a wide range of retirement and investment services (asset liability review and strategy, portfolio construction, manager review, selection and monitoring, investment governance and transformation, discretionary management, member communication and education and related tools' developments) and a diverse range of asset classes (public equities and fixed income, private equities, illiquid credit, real estate and infrastructure). Before joining Mercer, Ms Li was the Director of Investments, Greater China at Willis Towers Watson where she was a core member of the Asia leadership team​.

Ms Janey Lai - CEO

Ms Miranda Kwok
