Angelik Tziavrangos SENIOR REHABILITATION COUNSELLOR | LIFE & CAREER COACH Angelik is an accredited Rehabilitation Counsellor with ASORC and has extensive experience in vocational counselling. She has previously worked in Employment and Return To Works services including WorkCover SA and the Department of Veterans Affairs. Chelsea Nelson has almost 10 years working in injury management, job placement and rehabilitation. With a particular interest in working with serious injury clients, she works with injured workers, their families and insurers to facilitate a meaningful return to work. Empathetic, motivated and positive, Chelsea ensures the return to work journey is tailored to each individual's needs, interests, transferrable skills and the relevant labour market. With an excellent understanding of local labour markets, training requirements and employer needs, Chelsea implements action plans with clients whilst considering individual needs and interests to ensure the best outcome for them. Qualified in Injury Case Management and working towards completion of a Bachelor of Behavioural Science, Chelsea is also a member of CDAA.
Danielle has a 32 year career in Workers Compensation, Injury Management, WH&S, Mental Health, Workplace Risk Management, Human Resources and Training, she has in-depth knowledge of multiple compensation environments, applying this to the design of innovative solutions to achieve sustainable RTW outcomes with complex, serious injury and psychological claims. Danielle utilises emotional intelligence strategies to assist injured and ill people return to life and good work, help create mentally healthy workplaces and educate stake holders on human needs and managing trauma effected clients. Danielle has been an Executive member of ASORC, President of a not for profit organisation supporting injured workers, and was awarded Rehabilitation Counsellor of the Year in 2019.

Kate Mills SENIOR REHABILITATION COUNSELLOR | LIFE & CAREER COACH Kate is dedicated to understanding how the mind works and why we behave as we do. Kate has worked with injured workers since 2012, helping them achieve a positive return to work through helping people live their best lives. Kim is experienced at delivering services to clients, children and families living with an injury, disability, mental health diagnosis and complex needs. Kim has qualifications in counselling and case management, she has worked as a claims specialist within RTW services. Kim utilises traumainformed and eclectic approaches, she utilises client centred and systems theory in all client interactions. Kim has excellent skills in being collaborative in her approach to client goal setting and liaison with agencies. Kim has an excellent record of providing outcome focussed, client led, psycho-social support to people whilst assisting people to navigate complex systems. Tennille Gould has lived locally in the Wimmera region of Victoria for more than 15 years and knows local employers and services well. Tennille's has over 15 years' experience in vocational rehabilitation in both South Australia and Victoria and has spent several years as the Return to Work Coordinator for one of Victoria's leading regional health care providers. Tennille has an incredible ability to relate to people of all ages, backgrounds and ethnicity.
