Andrew Maass - COO

As Chief Operating Officer, Andrew oversees firm-wide operations, including accounting and marketing practices, and BRR's strategic planning initiatives. Andrew's key focus is on the places the firm designs and creates for our clients. He works with teams across the country to evaluate the standards we have in place and elevate the consistency we bring for all client projects. Andrew has been with BRR since 2004 and became principal in 2015. While also leading the firm's Philadelphia office, Andrew provides top-level leadership for grocery and retail projects throughout the Northeast. He is instrumental in working with project managers to maintain a high level of quality as projects progress through design, permitting, production and construction phases.

Angela Markley

Day to day, she works with our leadership and project teams to implement practical, mutually-beneficial contract terms with our clients and consultants. Anna Opie

Austin Abbott

Austin has been with BRR for eight years, starting in the Bentonville office, and is now part of the team in our Austin office. He is a Project Manager and has experience working with a variety of national grocery clients. He has worked on several project types including remodels and prototype development and maintenance. Austin worked with our team to leverage BRR's BIM abilities to meet our clients' needs on large scale projects.

Bart Brown

Bart helps lead our Bentonville team, and has more than 30 years of experience working on retail, grocery, fitness center, industrial and other commercial projects. He is a key asset in mentoring young professionals, and shares knowledge gained from his years of practice working through all architectural design and production phases. Bart has also been a key resource for project teams carrying out building evaluation services for sites that have experienced environmental distress or failure.

With more then 35 years of experience, Charles has provided project management and architectural services on a variety of projects. As a member of the Quality Control team at BRR, he provides leadership on all phases of projects, and currently is heavily involved in BRR's construction documents quality control process. His extensive experience in building detailing is valuable to the firm, and he is someone that our staff feels comfortable going to when they have questions or need assistance.

Colby helps lead our Phoenix office, and provides direction on all project phases, from the early stages of design development and schematic design, through entitlement, construction document production and construction administration.

He has been with BRR since 2004 and has nearly 20 years of expertise in managing large, ground-up, commercial projects, new retail construction, comprehensive remodels and tenant build-outs with valuations over $20 million. Throughout his career, Dan has worked for regional and national clients on retail and commercial projects that range from 3,500 to 1.1 million+ sq. ft. Dan's capabilities as a Project Manager have lead to continued success in leading stakeholders, engineers, craftsmen, jurisdictions and contractors to successful project outcomes. Additionally, Dan served for 9 years as Planning Commissioner for his local community of Gardner, Kansas, further broadening his experience in the entitlement/planning process for large and small-scale developments.

Dennis Wilson - VP

Dennis is part of our Bentonville office and leads our Walmart Remodel and Special Projects programs. In his 21 years with BRR, he has worked on hundreds of remodel projects throughout the U.S. and Puerto Rico. He also leads BRR's construction cost estimating services for remodel prototypes, and provides a valuable resource for our clients to forecast program-wide construction costs and cost implications of proposed changes.

Eirene Knott

Eirene has more than 30 years of experience working nationally with building and fire codes. She has written and presented code changes to clarify language in the code, as well as provided testimony on other proposed code changes. Prior to joining BRR, Eirene served as a Building Official, a Senior Plans Analyst, Building Inspector and Permit Technician. She has taught several codes-related courses at various conferences and the National Fire Academy.
