My first culinary job was at 13 when I worked at a Greek pizza shop in Boston. That led to working for a high end catering company in Boston while in high school. After high school, I attended the French Culinary Institute in New York City. After graduating, I worked in a number of high end country clubs, hotels and restaurants and have done head chef work, Chef's Tables and tastings, and have done stage internships to learn advanced techniques and work with great chefs. I have cooked for the President and Mrs. Clinton, Sammy Haggar and other well known celebrities and athletes throughout my career. I now want to take what I have learned in fine dining and make delicious and healthy meals for you and your family to enjoy.
