The Center for Human Understanding and Growth (C.H.U.G.) is a non-profit - 501(c)(3) - mental health agency. C.H.U.G that was originally started in 2012 to provide counseling and psychotherapy - serving individuals, couples, families and groups. We are now broadening our scope to provide educational opportunities for all groups of people, as well as training for professionals... We also provide organizational consultation to businesses and agencies. Our entire focus is on the needs of individuals, families, and communities on how to build better relationships with each other and the world through counseling, psychotherapy, coaching, consulting, training, and education... C..H.U.G's team is comprised of various mental health practitioners committed to helping each individual, family, and community.
