As a CIO and Senior IT Executive for over 20 years, I developed a passion for delivering business results through technology implementations. However, I recognized that most "classic" IT organizations were too focused on technology, burdened with maintaining legacy applications and infrastructure and woefully underfunded to make a real meaningful impact. Even worse, IT lacked a "seat at the table" and was viewed as a back-office cost center rather than a strategic business partner/enabler. My experience leading several global IT organizations and working with numerous clients has helped me develop a proven, operational-based approach to successfully transform IT organizations into high performing business partners.
