COC

Circle of Care (COC) has been the designated Care Management Organization (CMO) for Passaic County since 2005. It is one of 15 independent nonprofit organizations throughout the state of New Jersey that contract with the Department of Children and Families (DCF) under the Children's System of Care (CSOC). In the agency's 16+ years, COC has grown, adapted, and improved its services to meet the needs and challenges of Passaic County youth. Currently, COC serves over 850 youth across 10 teams.
