Clint Allen

Prior to Cold Creek, Clint was a principal of Route 66 minerals which had several successful exits to private equity. In addition to Route 66, Clint founded Sea Lion Investments in 2011 to invest in various types of real estate in the North Texas area. The majority of Clint's real estate investments are comprised of raw land and office buildings in the cities of Frisco, Celina, and Gunter. Clint is also a founding partner in Bull Creek Capital, a venture capital fund in Austin, TX that makes a variety of investments in the technology space. He holds a bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Point Loma University

Drew Chambers

Prior to Cold Creek, Drew co-founded Discovery Midstream Partners I & II and took a small greenfield G&P project and grew it into the premier system on the southern side of the DJ Basin; the asset was sold to Williams and KKR in August 2018 for $1.3B. Prior to co-founding Discovery, Drew served as Vice President of Finance and Business Development at Wildcat Midstream Partners. Previously he worked in the Investment Banking Division of Barclays Capital in New York where he specialized in Power & Utilities M&A and corporate finance transactions. Drew also held managerial positions in Corporate Strategic Planning and M&A at Energy Future Holdings (formerly TXU Corp.) and began his career with Deloitte in the Consulting Services group. He holds a bachelor's degree in Management Science and Mathematics from SMU and an MBA from University of Virginia's Darden School of Business.

Matt McWilliams - CEO, President

President Matt McWilliams has developed, bought, and sold more than 15 million square feet of refrigerated warehouses, industrial real estate, and commercial real estate in more than 25 states. Matt has provided the full suite of design/development and construction management services for numerous low-temperature logistics firms and food processing users. In addition to development services, Matt has also provided acquisition, disposition, corporate relocation and leasing services to numerous Fortune 500 food and beverage companies. Prior to founding MCM Real Estate Advisors, Matt worked in corporate real estate and has represented a variety of Fortune 500 companies with acquisitions, dispositions, corporate relocations, site selections, strategic planning, as well as real estate support in corporate M&A transactions. During his tenure, he has bought and sold more than 15 million square feet of industrial, commercial, and refrigerated space in over 25 states. For well over a decade, Matt focused primarily on real estate requirements for the food and beverage industry, including food processing, distribution, and manufacturing. Matt's clients have included Dean Foods, Reddy Ice, WhiteWave Foods, Earthbound Farm and their subsidiary companies, and other well known brand names. He holds a bachelor's degree in marketing from the University of Arkansas.

Steven Meisel - CEO

Prior to Cold Creek, Steven co-founded Discovery Midstream Partners I & II and took a small greenfield G&P project and grew it into the premier system on the southern side of the DJ Basin; the asset was sold to Williams and KKR in August 2018 for $1.3B. Prior to Discovery, Steven was the Vice President of Business Development at Wildcat Midstream Partners and lead the commercial efforts in North Louisiana while also securing Wildcat's Southern Midland Basin oil pipeline project. Before joining Wildcat, Steven was responsible for managing Regency Energy Partners' gathering, processing, treating, and intrastate transmission infrastructure in North Louisiana; before this, he worked on corporate development transactions as the Manager of Corporate Development and Strategic Planning for Regency. Steven was formerly with the Investment Banking Group at Southwest Securities, Inc. He holds a bachelor's degree in Finance from the University of Kansas.
