COHOUSING UPON TYNE

Our cohousing community will provide individual livi ng space with common areas and shared facilities such as a laundry, bike shed, guest accommodation, workshop and shared garden spaces. The common house will be the heart of the community, providing a place for residents to cook, eat, socialise, play and celebrate together... Cohousing offers members a high-quality, sustainable home in an attractive, neighbourly environment... CoHUT started working with Mawson Kerr architects in May 2019. We have been exploring feasibility on our site in Benwell. In 2020 we aim to reach Stage 3: Developed Design & Planning Permission.
