In 1987, Mark Sykes started M & S Heating and Air Conditioning, a one-man operation primarily servicing the many friends he had made during his years in the apartment maintenance field. He soon found that his customers wanted and needed more than just heating and air conditioning, and began expanding his service offerings to include plumbing, electric, and general contracting services like structural repair and remodeling.
