Bill has also held positions at Russell Investment Group, Towers Perrin and National Mutual Life Association.
Grant is a partner responsible for the investment activities of the firm, including sourcing investment opportunities, due diligence and portfolio management.
Prior to co-founding Continuity Capital, he was a senior member of the private markets group at Wilshire Associates Incorporated, a member of the firm's global investment committee and led the group's research program. Grant started his career as an academic at the University of Auckland and the Australian National University.
Ovidio is the managing partner responsible for all aspects of the business. He is also active in sourcing investment opportunities, due diligence and portfolio management.
Prior to co-founding Continuity Capital, he was a senior member of the private markets group at Wilshire Associates Incorporated, culminating in leading that firm's Asia-Pacific operations and serving as a member of the global investment committee. Ovidio has also held positions at Total Risk Management (Tower Perrin) and Commonwealth Funds Management.
Scott is a partner based in Hong Kong. He is involved in the investment activities of the firm with a focus on co-investments.
Prior to Continuity Capital, Scott was a director at Sydney-based Quentin Ayers. He was a private equity investor at Bain Capital and was a founding partner of Oak Hill Capital. Scott started his career in strategic consulting at McKinsey & Co and Bain & Co.
