DC Composites is focused on custom high quality fiberglass, carbon fiber, plastic and headliner production parts, with design, tooling and 5 axis router trim capabilities. We work with OEMs, organizations and companies across North America. Our tooling division builds molds for each project with design in mind for the production part manufacturing process. Our custom parts production manufacturing facility makes composite parts for clients and our own sister companies. Parts are capable of a Class A finish when desired. Our trim department is fully automated with 5-Axis CNC routers which can provide high quality reliable parts and fast turnaround times. The thermoforming division of our company can thermoform & vacuum form HMWPE, ABS and other materials. We can also manufacturer large headliners and many other complicated sub structures.
