DEVELOP WEST PRINCE

Develop West Prince is a non-profit organization that seeks to be an advocate, driver, and collaborator for regional initiatives in Western Prince Edward Island. We seek to work with community members, organizations, municipalities, and the private sector to foster strategic projects foster growth opportunities throughout the region... West Prince is colloquially recognized as the area in Western Prince Edward Island covered by the Westisle Family of Schools. This region includes the Towns of Tignish, Alberton, and O'Leary, Lennox Island First Nation, the Rural Municipalities of Miminegash, Tyne Valley, and Central Prince, and the communities of West Point, Bloomfield, and St. Louis, among many others.
