Diamond Income Fund focuses on core plus, income driven assets with strong weighted average leased term in strong Midwestern markets that reflect healthy long term fundamentals. Diamond Income Fund I was launched in 2017 acquired over $80M in four mainly core-plus office properties in St. Louis and Indianapolis. In early 2021, Diamond Income Fund II was launched and will focus on core plus multifamily and office and plans to acquire between $125M and $175M
