Dr. Galkin is a board certified family physician focusing on child and adolescent health. Dr. Galkin's approach to primary care centers on healthy living and preventative medicine as the foundation of a healthy future. He has structured his practice to maximize time with each patient in order to focus on their individual needs. Dr. Galkin graduated from medical school at Nova Southeastern University College of Osteopathic Medicine in Florida. He completed his residency in family medicine at Garden City Hospital in Michigan, where he served as Chief Resident. During residency, he concentrated his training on child and adolescent health and he has also spent additional time training in assessment and management of ADHD and related conditions. Dr. Galkin is an avid outdoorsman. In his free time he enjoys snowboarding, backpacking, climbing, and fishing.
