During 2007 to 2013, our M&E installation business grew serving large builders and main contractors across the London. We withdrew from that sector in 2014 to focus on building owners, occupiers and managers. 2015 saw our transformation into an integrated life of building service provider, with significant investment in technology and our leadership team. In 2016 we began developing our own digital service management platform, called BiO®. In 2018 Graham Tong retired after 50 years of service. In 2020 we launched our Energy Service team to support our customer's towards Net Zero. On 1st Jan 2022 we secured a c.£6m pa maintenance and project services agreement with the Port of Dover.
