EVANS MANAGEMENT GROUP - Key Persons
Andy has over twenty-five years of financial leadership and capital markets experience across a range of companies and industries, which includes tenures with both publicly-traded and privately-held businesses and in sectors from real estate investment to construction, and banking. He received a BS in Financial Management from Clemson University and a Master of International Business Studies (MIBS) from the University of South Carolina.
Brett began his career in the construction industry, working with BL Harbert International, and has spent time working in each EMG business over the years in various leadership roles. Brett graduated from Auburn University with a BS in Building Science and received an MBA from the University of South Carolina.
John has nearly thirty years of Human Resources experience and leadership in both publicly-traded and privately-held businesses and is a graduate of the 2017 Leadership Columbia program. John earned his BS in Journalism (Public Relations) and his MS in Industrial & Labor Relations from West Virginia University.
Before joining EMG, Kali worked with Santee Building Solutions and CF Evans Construction in multiple roles for five years. Prior to that, she worked fifteen years in Accounting at a local bank. She is a graduate of Erskine College and Orangeburg-Calhoun Technical College.

In addition to his role at EMG, Kyle also serves as Chief Operating Officer for South Coast, a real estate investment and asset management firm headquartered in Atlanta. Kyle previously spent time working with CF Evans Construction as well as Booz Allen Hamilton, a management consulting firm. He received a BA and MBA from the University of Virginia as well as an MRED from Clemson University.
