Tommy Cooley, Jr., is an experienced businessman of over 20 years. Mr. Cooley currently overseeing TOTE Holdings, LLC, Collection Bureau of Ft. Walton Beach, Inc, Credit Business Services, Inc., Ramco Resources, LLC, DBA AVS Screening, Cooley Management, LLC, Marshco Resources, LLC, Fount Solutions, LLC, owns a PostNet franchise, and Fount Financial Corporation in the role of President and CEO. These businesses cover account receivable management, property management, asset management, merchant services, tenant and employment screening, call center operations, white labelled patient follow up services, printing and shipping, virtual staffing, and extend business office solutions. Mr. Cooley guides the vision and resources of Fount Financial to service the agencies and consumers with the utmost respect and convenience. He ensures the highest ethical standards for maintaining all aspects of the business. Mr. Cooley graduated from the University of West Florida in 2000 with a Marketing Degree. He currently sits on the board of directors for both the Come As You Are and Second Chance of Northwest Florida non-profit organizations based in Bay County, FL. As a lifelong resident of Bay County, Mr. Cooley now proudly calls Panama City Beach his home.
