Guiding Hands TLC was founded by hard working Special Education Teachers who wanted to assist individuals and their families to further learning and employment opportunities and offer assistance in a very overwhelming and complex educational system. At Guiding Hands TLC we believe that individuals as well as their families should have an active voice in their educational /employment path and should have a place and team to go to provide supports needed to achieve success.
