We are a Mom and Pop oyster farm established in 2018. We grow our excellent oysters in the cold, clear waters of Hatchet Cove, a part of Muscongus Bay in Midcoast Maine. Our oysters are cultivated by hand with loving care, offering you a sweet, delicate, briny tasting oyster that you will love. We sell our Maine grown American Oysters to customers from our home, from local distributors and at local restaurants .
