HITS

The World Food Programme (WFP), in cooperation with the Somalia Ministry of Health (MoH), developed the Health Inventory Tracking System (HITS) to enhance warehouse operations. Centered around health supply chain needs, the System facilitates management of daily activities including planning, organizing, staffing, directing and controlling the utilization of available resources. It also improves the visibility and traceability of health supplies around and outside of a warehouse, strengthening the management and monitoring of stocks used by the MoH and other organizations in the development of their activities.
