IBH - Key Persons


Lauren Rieken-Hobbs

Lauren graduated in 2007 from the University of Oklahoma with a Master's of Education degree in Community Counseling. Lauren has been a Licensed Professional Counselor since 2009, and an Approved LPC Supervisor since 2011. Lauren has been with IBH since 2010. As Executive Director of Clinical Operations, Lauren oversees all clinical aspects of the Counseling Program, including implementation and development of clinical policies and procedures, as well as evaluation of clinical services delivery and agency processes. Lauren prefers to use client-centered and CBT techniques, and has completed introductory and advanced training in Dialectical Behavior Therapy.

Leslie Williams

Leslie Williams earned a Masters in Special Education with an emphasis in Applied Behavior Analysis in 2018. She has been working with children with developmental delays since 2013. She received her Board Certification in Behavior Analyst in 2018. Leslie lives in Norman with her husband, three children and dog.

Sarah VanAlstine

Job Titles:
  • Occupational Therapist
Sarah VanAlstine (OTR/L) graduated from Texas Woman's University in 2001. She worked in neuro-rehab adults & pediatrics in Houston, TX, before moving to Oklahoma in 2005. Sarah has experience working with people of all ages who have life skills impacted by injury, disability, chronic conditions, mental health issues, prior trauma, and learning differences. Sarah has served in leadership roles with the Oklahoma Occupational Therapy Association since 2014; she was recognized by OKOTA as the "Occupational Therapist of the Year" in 2020.

Shelly Collins

Shelly graduated from Southern Nazarene University with a Master of Arts in Marriage and Family Therapy in 2013 and has been a Licensed Professional Counselor since November 2015.Shelly currently coordinates the 52-week Batterers Intervention Program (BIP) certified by the Office of the Attorney General for IBH. Shelly is currently Level 1 Theraplay certified, has TBRI training, is a Certified Domestic and Sexual Violence Response Professional (CDSVRP) for the state of OK, and is working on her Infant Mental Health Endorsement. Shelly enjoys working with children and adults to help them build the bond that might have been missed.

Simone Camarillo

Simone received her Master's in Education from Oklahoma City University in 2012. Simone has been working with IBH for over 5 years. Simone enjoys working with families and children, especially early childhood. Simone's current role is clinical coordinator and helps manage the counseling program alongside Lauren.

Whitney Wimmer

  • Occupational Therapist
Whitney graduated from the University of Oklahoma in 2019 with her Masters in Occupational Therapy. She has experience with adult neuro and multi-trauma rehab. She currently enjoys collaborating with children and their families to provide quality individualized care. Whitney has a passion to further her skill set with continuing education courses and trainings to ensure that she is implementing current evidence-based interventions in her everyday sessions.
