Bob Valentine joined IAG Commercial as a Senior Advisor and brings over 15 years of experience in commercial real estate. His prior experience equipped him with a comprehensive knowledge of the real estate needs of occupiers of space. He specializes in: Tenant Representation, Property Acquisition, Disposition, Development Services, and Corporate Real Estate.
Bob's large client experience includes: North Central University, Ameriprise Financial, Waste Management, and Thrivent Financial.
Bob is a graduate of St. Cloud University with a B.S. in Mass Communications with emphasis in Marketing and Television Broadcasting. He excels in marketing strategies and techniques.
Bob is a Burnsville resident and is actively involved with the Burnsville Chamber of Commerce. Additionally, he has served as Co-Chair of the Burnsville Chamber Golf Committee and was Co-Founder of the Chamber's Young Business Professionals.
In his spare time, Bob enjoys golf, fishing, coaching baseball and football and spending time with his son Gavin.

Vinita Steffl joined IAG Commercial as an Advisor. She has been in the industry for two years. She brings years of experience from her corporate jobs at Boston Scientific and Alliant Techsystems. Her roles included Data Management and Customer interface with various internal and external projects. Her strengths of time management, research skills and building relationships are a perfect combination for serving clients' needs.
