Kendra "Kay" Seck is an American real estate tycoon, motivational speaker, AIRBNB luxury ambassador, 3x best-selling author and CEO of PsychWeight Foundation. Kendra was born and raised in Metro Charlotte, North Carolina, currently residing in Atlanta, Georgia. Kendra graduated with a Masters Degree in Clinical Mental Health/Psychology from Argosy University. Prior to obtaining her Masters, she graduated from Elizabeth City State University with a Bachelors of Psychology and Criminal Justice. Mrs. Seck is the Founder and CEO of PsychWeight Foundation, Inc., a non-profit corporation for the prevention of homelessness and domestic violence. PsychWeight Foundation utilizes residential and commercial real estate buildings to house veterans, woman in domestic violence situations, housing choice voucher and VASH recipients. She is a Global three (3) time Best Selling Author on Amazon with book "Expert Profiles Volume 4, Conversations with Influencers & Innovators", climbing all the way to Number One, #1, in the Service Industry category, and reaching Number Two #2, in the Financial Services Industry. In addition, retail royalties from the sale of the book go to benefit the Global Autism Project. Kendra was an Area Manager for two Global Billion- Dollar companies, heading up Sales, Operations, Training and Retention. She is also a Commercial Real Estate Syndication passive investor.
