With over 30 years of personal, professional and organization development experience, Richard decided to rebrand Richard Harder & Associates (founded in 1991) to Lead Smart Consulting LLC, which centers on helping individuals to more effectively manage the universal quality life centers of stress, time, relationships, health, finances and careers. The focus is that anyone in a position of influence as a leader in the domestic or professional setting who manages their personal life centers effectively will always be more effective in their domestic as as well as professional leadership roles.
