My name is Kelly-Jo LeVasseur and my journey with animals began 30 years ago. There is something about a living being that unconditionally loves and doesn't really ask for anything other than the basic to survive and an occasional "atta boy" with a gentle touch to confirm it... I am a firm believer in training an animal so that they can be accustomed to what it is we desire from them as the enter into our households, families and hearts. And it is also my belief that can only be accomplished by giving them time and instruction and bundles of praise... Over 30 years ago I purchased my first German Shepherd, he partnered with me in obedience classes ad we went everywhere together when I wasn't working. When I saw the ease of how he responded to the things I asked of him and how there was a mutual respect… I was hooked.
