Gary joined Lumify in 2011, bringing with him 25 years of experience as the Chief Learning Architect for QA Training, the UK's largest learning services organisation.
Gary is proud to represent Lumify and Australia as a member of the global learning advisory council for Microsoft, is chair of the IAMCP Chapter in Australia, and has been a judge for the Brandon Hall learning awards for over ten years.
A former Australian Computer Society board member in WA, with the mentoring portfolio, Gary is passionate about helping promote diversity in IT. He is currently a mentor for both The Smith Family and the ACS.
Gary often describes his job as the best in the world, and that learning has enabled him to migrate from flipping burgers in the 80s to leading Australia's leading, multi-award-winning, learning business. Outside of work Gary is often to be found on the beaches of Western Australia where he lives with his wife, daughter, and two rescue dogs.

During his eight-year stint with Upskilled, the business grew to be one of the largest fee-for-service RTOs in Australia with over 20,000 students trained.
Jon is a regular speaker at educational conferences on topics such as growing education businesses through the development of unique partnership models.
