Allie Dyer

Allie Dyer is positive and energizing force who helps us all to stay organized and successful. No one feels this more than Mike Sipple Jr., Centennial's CEO. As Mike's executive assistant, Allie has the daily challenge of managing a myriad of ever-changing details, prioritizing tasks and being a thorough communicator. Her years of experience as an administrative assistant and a mom of two have equipped her with the ability to juggle a lot of priorities while remaining level-headed and accommodating. She is currently finishing her Associates degree in Paralegal Studies and sits on the Executive Board for Greenville County, South Carolina, SAIL summer swim league. You will often find Allie and her husband at swim meets, cheering on their daughters.

Amber Sipple

Amber Sipple has a degree in psychology from Northern Kentucky University and spent her first six years working in inpatient on an adolescent psych unit. The last 14 years Amber has led both the Sipple household and all it takes being married to an entrepreneur and visionary leader. Mike and Amber led their way through a successful succession plan over a ten year period of time with Mike's parents. Amber plays a key roll in the success of their half century executive search firm. She also supported the Big Idea to launch the Talent Magnet Institute Amber serves as Board of Directors and the Talent Sourcing team for Centennial. She is the Founder of Impact Cowork an offsite meeting location for teams. She is a PTO officer, and served on the Site Base Council and the Kenton County School Districts student engagement Pillar Committee. Amber has been nominated to various boards and committees over the years too.

Becky Scheeler - EVP

Becky Scheeler, a consummate relationship builder and discerning leader, is Centennial's Executive Vice President. Clients and candidates, alike, have benefited from Becky's vast recruiting expertise and thoughtful service. Since joining Centennial in 2008, Becky has helped leadership teams of numerous organizations to gain a deeper understanding their organization's talent needs to achieve both short- and long-term objectives. People know Becky as a skilled and trusted ally who is an incredible coach, recruiter, consultant and listener. Becky is a constant learner and finds great fulfillment in talking to people from various industries, job functions, and cultural backgrounds. When working with her, it is obvious that she has developed the keen ability to seek out the right people who will bring success to our clients. In addition to a degree in Criminology, Becky has earned her Series 7, 8 and 4 licenses. She also worked for Fidelity Investments for 10 years where she led brokerage operations teams. After several years in operations, she moved to the Learning and Development department where she managed trainers and facilitated leadership classes. These varied learning opportunities have equipped Becky with diverse capabilities that she greatly enjoys using to help others. As the youngest of 5 kids, Becky learned quickly to be a team player and roll with the punches. At her first job with a family-owned grocery store she was expected to learn the names of every customer and provide a very positive and personal level of customer service. These traits from her youth have forged her into the customer-focused leader she is today. Becky loves being outside, especially when that time can be spent with her husband, 3 grown sons and their families. Nonprofit work is also a large part of Becky's life. From running a preschool co-op to coordinating transformational grants through Impact 100, she considers it a blessing to give back to the community.

Carol Lawrence

Carol Lawrence is a people person in every way and is most motivated when she is helping others achieve their goals. Her love for meeting new people and helping them realize their greatness is evident in the care she provides at each interaction. In her role of Director of Executive Engagement for Centennial, Carol gets to employ this passion by interacting with dozens of candidates each week. She actively listens to their career goals and past experiences, providing guidance toward a job that would be most fulfilling for them. Her background with Champion Windows and Kroger has equipped her with top-notch customer service and recruiting skills that, when coupled with her bright personality, provide an excellent candidate experience for Centennial's candidates. One of Carol's strengths stems from her professional and personal background diversity. This diverse history makes her approachable and helpful which is a perfect fit for her role at Centennial. Carol loves to be creative and enjoys doing just about any hobby that involves creativity. Her passion for people is also lived out in her community service work and spending time with her loved ones. We're sure you will also appreciate Carol's love for people when you get the opportunity to interact with her!

Gary retired from a very successful career at P&G and then joined the Centennial team in 2016. His robust experience with finance and accounting has been a great addition to our team. Janelle Spence

In her time as the Marketing Manager at Centennial Janelle has become far more involved with the marketing of Centennial, and her skills have expanded as the landscape of the marketing world has expanded. Digital marketing has changed how Centennial does business, and it continues to evolve year after year as we seek to create high levels of engagement with our client relationships and the leadership community as a whole. This is an exciting challenge for Janelle and allows her to be continually learning new technology and new techniques. Janelle especially enjoys developing content that is both visually appealing and helpful to the end user. In the marketing department Janelle has made several significant strides. Here are some examples of her accomplishments: She finds that keeping marketing material fresh and relevant is an ongoing challenge that requires/propels her to develop new material in a variety of formats Develops and executes automated email campaigns She was on the leadership team that launched the Talent Magnet Institute podcast. This is a podcast that is powered by Centennial. Janelle both writes and co-writes regular articles in order to provide helpful content to our worldwide readership Coordinates and promotes a host site for a worldwide leadership event - Leadercast She has written and designed multiple resources on executive search, leadership development, career search and talent management. The initiatives Janelle undertakes are for both internal and external customers. She provides topnotch documents, presentations and content for her internal team, as well as develops valuable pieces for Centennial's external customers and various stakeholders, including: Developing Presentations Creating visual elements for social media, marketing pieces, presentations etc. executing marketing strategies and she's always willing to try new things! Janelle also enjoys song writing along with a team from her church, Grace Fellowship. In fact, one song won an international award! She volunteers regularly at her church and greatly enjoys spending time with her husband and 2 teenage daughters. Eating and outdoor activities are high on the list of things they enjoy doing together.

Jessica Baron

Jessica Baron is Vice President, Executive Search at Centennial, heading up our New York, NY office. As Executive Recruiter and Sr. Consultant, Jessica does what she does best - connect Centennial clients with leaders who elevate organizations. Jessica's strong roots in the Greater Cincinnati leadership community, her national connections, and her global leadership context are a continual asset to Centennial's clients and relationships. Jessica joined Centennial after a storied career at the Cincinnati USA Regional Chamber, where she was responsible for all programming, including the Chamber's Leadership Programs platform. Leadership Cincinnati, Leadership Action, WE Lead, WE Succeed, C-Change and Cincy Next all reflected Jessica's vision and benefited from her leadership expertise. These programs, which graduate more than 250 leaders a year, help leaders maximize their potential-whether they are young professionals or seasoned C-Suite executives. Several thousand graduates have improved their organizations, communities, and careers due to their participation in these initiatives. JoLynn Handel

JoLynn is an incredibly caring and thorough professional. She provides practical wisdom and works to continually improve our processes in both our Operations and Finance department. These skills, along with her ability to effectively manage several projects at once, are greatly appreciated in her role of AP/AR Manager and Executive Assistant to the Chairman of the Board. JoLynn has excelled in a wide variety of interests including interior decorating, singing, and homeschooling her 3 children (now adults). When she's not helping to manage our accounting department, JoLynn enjoys traveling, both domestically and abroad, serving in the community & church and attending university events with her husband to cheer on their kids.

Katie Hadnett

Katie Tepe-Hadnett has more than 15 years of professional experience working within Talent Acquisition, Marketing, Business Development and Financial Services. Currently at Centennial, Inc. Katie is the Director of Executive Engagement where she primarily focuses on relationship building with executives and candidate sourcing for C-Suite and Director level professionals. Katie also specializes in establishing and maintaining a consultative relationship with business partners. She is passionate about helping to strengthen networks and connect key executives to the right sources while transitioning into a new position or career. Previously Katie held key positions with Charles Schwab, Robert Half International and Fidelity Investments where she enjoyed diverse and challenging roles.

Kristin Siegel

Kristin Siegel, a creative and highly responsible self-starter, brings her skills to Centennial as an Executive Search Specialist. Kristin uses her powerful organization skills to help the Centennial team reach top-quality candidates and coordinate multiple projects. Before joining Centennial, Kristin spent the prior 13 years dedicating her skills to her husband and 3 kids, while also taking on many fundraising efforts at her kids' schools. Her efforts have garnered the school $50,000 and a whole lot of appreciation from administrators and parents. Whether it's volunteer work, finding outstanding candidates for our job searches, or managing projects, Kristin's overarching motivator is people - meeting them, learning about them, and helping them. Her people-focus is just one of the many reasons Kristin is a perfect fit for our team.
