Alain Bénichou joined Montefiore Investment in 2022 as a Senior Advisor.
With a career of nearly 40 years in the field of technology in Europe, Asia and the United States, Alain Bénichou was President of IBM France between 2010 and 2015, Global Vice President IBM Strategy & Solutions in 2016, and CEO of IBM Greater China Group (GCG) from 2019 to 2021. He was especially in charge of the IBM Group's Distribution and SME sector globally.
In 2015, Alain was elected Chairman of the American Chamber of Commerce in France. He launched the "Next Gen" initiative aimed at reinforcing start-up companies in their quests for growth and transatlantic collaboration.
Alain is also Chairman of the Institut Henri Poincaré - The French Institute regrouping all Mathematics associations and home to France Fields Medals.
Alain graduated from CentraleSupelec engineering school in Paris.
He holds the rank of Knight of the Légion d'Honneur in France and is a member of "Le Siècle" Association.

Alicia Tang-Lips joined Montefiore Investment in 2022 as Communication Manager.
She began her carreer at Total Energie and Societe Generale for which she dealt with corporate and ESG communications.
From 2019 to 2022, Alicia was in charge of Digital and Editorial communications at Eurazeo (ex-Idinvest Partners).

Camille Claverie joined Montefiore Investment in 2019 as a Director. As a member of the investment team, she plays an active role in originating and executing deals and in the value creation process in portfolio companies.
She began her career at Morgan Stanley, first as an analyst, then as an investment banking associate in Paris and London. She was involved in various transactions on behalf of investment funds and corporate clients. From 2011 to 2019, she worked for Sargard, lately as a Principal, where she executed and monitored several deals, particularly in the retail and network distribution sectors.
Camille is a graduate of HEC Paris.

Caroline Abrahamian joined Montefiore Investment in 2022 as Investment Manager.
She began her career at Morgan Stanley and participated in several transactions in the industrial, healthcare and consumer sectors.
From 2019 to 2022 she was working at Pernod Ricard in the Strategy & M&A Team.
Caroline holds a double degree from ESTP and ESSEC Business School.

Daniel Elalouf participated in the creation of Montefiore Investment in 2005. His responsibilities include new investments, portfolio companies monitoring, and relationships with the AMF and AFIC. He is also Chief Compliance Officer.
Daniel began his career as a product manager with the France Telecom group. After working for Morgan Stanley's London office, he became head of Mergers and Acquisitions of FTLIS, a service subsidiary of France Télécom.
In 1996, he joined Schroders Ventures, that later became Permira, as a Principal. In this position, he was responsible for various investments in the European retail, Internet and telecoms sectors, such as Domoservices, GFI, AU System and Veba Electronics.
Daniel graduated from École Polytechnique and Telecom Paris and holds an MBA from Harvard Business School.

Elisa Gatti joined Montefiore Investment in 2022 as an Office Manager.
She began her career at Gianni&Origoni and Deloitte where she worked as Executive Assistant to the CEO
From 2018 to 2022 she was working at doNext SpA where she was in charge of the Office Management and Organization.
Elise Aubert joined Montefiore Investment in 2019 as an Investment Manager.
She began her career in 2012 as a lawyer at DLA Piper, an international business law firm, for which she was involved in private equity, M&A and stock market transactions.
Elise is a graduate of business law (DJCE master) and holds the French Bar Exam.

Eric Bismuth founded Montefiore Investment in 2005. He is in charge of the Investment Committee and of Montefiore Investment's development (human resources, marketing and investor relations). He is also involved in new investments and their monitoring.
Eric Bismuth began his career as an entrepreneur by founding a financial software company.
In 1990, he joined The Boston Consulting Group and became its youngest Partner and Director worldwide in 1997. He specialized in the Consumer & Retail sectors and ultimately lead the BCG Hotels and Leisure practice worldwide.
Eric is a graduate of École Centrale de Paris.
Eric Schaefer joined Montefiore Investment as a Partner in October 2020.
Priori to that, he was Managing Director at Eurazeo in New York since August 2016, in charge of the Eurazeo Capital team in the US. He started his career at Eurazeo in 2004 in Paris.
Eric has led numerous acquisition transactions and served as a director of private companies (including Asmodée in France, Trader Interactive and Elemica in the US) and listed companies. He has accompanied the companies under his responsibility in some fifty external growth operations in Europe, Asia, North and South America.
Eric is a graduate from Ecole Polytechnique and HEC.
Francesca Cioffi joined Montefiore Investment in 2022 as an Analyst.
She began her career in the M&A division at Société Générale, in the team of Consumer Retail & Luxury.
In 2021, she joined Advent International in Paris, where she integrated the French Coverage team.
Francesca graduated from Università Luigi Bocconi and ESCP Business School.
François joined Montefiore Investment in 2013.
He started his career at Astorg Partenaires and Axa Private Equity before joining AtriA in 2008. He took part in several investment transactions, as well as in the monitoring of portfolio companies.
In 2011, François joined the investment team of FLCP, an investment company specializing in the media and digital sectors.
François is a graduate from HEC Business School.
Frederic Wargnies joined Montefiore Investment in 2014.
He has notably been involved in Montefiore deals in healthcare and B2B services.
Frederic started his career in Geneva, in commodity finance. He then joined Naxicap in 2000, where he has directed more than twenty private equity transactions, both as a minority and a majority shareholder. In 2013, he started to lead the Paris smallcaps team.
Frederic holds a degree in science and in finance.

Guillaume Rieu joined Montefiore Investment in 2020 as a Senior Associate.
After two internships in M&A at Barber Hauler and in Private Equity at Cinven, Guillaume joined in 2016 the Investment Banking Division of Deutsche Bank in Paris. He was involved in the execution of several M&A and financing transactions for French corporates and private equity funds across various sectors such as B2B, real-estate, healthcare.
Guillaume is a graduate from HEC Paris and the Ecole Normale Supérieure (ENS) de Lyon.
Henri Topiol joined Montefiore Investment in 2012.
He started his career in 2001 as a consultant at Mc Kinsey where he worked on numerous strategic and operational assignments for services companies and retailers. In 2004, he joined the LVMH Group in the Corporate Finance Department in Paris, then in Hong Kong.
From 2008 to 2012, Henri worked as an Investment Manager for L Capital, where he invested in consumer and retail goods, and was in charge of monitoring portfolio companies.
Henri is a graduate of HEC and holds a master in Public Administration of the Institut d'Etudes Politiques de Paris.
Hugo Maillot joined Montefiore Investment in 2017 as a senior associate.
In 2014, after several internships in the private equity and energy sectors, Hugo joined Creadev, the private equity structure of the Mulliez Family Office, as an associate. He participated in several transactions, notably in services sectors such as online media, online marketing, B&B services and education.
Hugo holds a dual degree of the Ecole Centrale Paris and the ESSEC Business School.

Jordan Sadoun joined Montefiore Investment in 2022 as a Senior Associate.
In 2015, after completing internships in investment banking and asset management, he began his career at Oliver Wyman in Paris, working on engagements for financial institutions and in the consumer sector.
In 2019, he joined The Boston Consulting Group (BCG), working on buy and sell-side due diligence projects for Private Equity firms.
Jordan holds a Master of Finance from MIT and is a graduate of Ecole Centrale Paris.
He began his career at Natixis within the Strategic Equity Capital Markets department and then at Goldman Sachs within the Cash Equity Sales team.
From 2019 to 2021, he was a Strategy Consultant at The Boston Consulting Group, where he worked on several projects for the Principal Investors and Private Equity practice. He notably conducted strategic due diligences and defined strategic plan in the financial and digital sectors.
Julien is a graduate of ESCP Europe.
Julien Merheb joined Montefiore Investment in 2022 as a Director.
He began his career in investment banking at Macquarie Capital in London. He subsequently was part of DWS Group's infrastructure investment arm where he was involved on several equity investments as well as in the monitoring of portfolio companies in Europe.
Prior to joining Montefiore Investment, he worked at Vinci Concessions on the acquisition and financing of transportation projects globally.

Marie Londero joined Montefiore Investment in 2013.
She started her career in Mergers & Acquisitions at Rothschild in Milan, then in Leveraged Finance in London at Banco di Sicilia.
In 2008, Marie joined ERCP as an Associate, where she completed a number of transactions, mainly in the Services, Health and Distribution sectors.

Martin Vial joined Montefiore Investment in June 2022 as a Senior Advisor.
He has over 40 years of experience as a manager and investor in the services sector and has developed a comprehensive experience in supporting, developing, and managing large French and European groups as well as SMEs.
After various responsibilities in ministerial cabinets, Martin Vial was appointed Chairman and CEO of Aéropostale in 1993, and then became General Director of the La Poste Groupe in 1997. In December 2000, he was appointed Chairman of La Poste Groupe and at the same time Vice-Chairman of the Caisse Nationale de Prévoyance (CNP). Between 2003 and 2014, he was Chief Executive Officer of Europ Assistance Group, world leader in the assistance market with 44 subsidiaries in 33 countries.
In 2015, Martin Vial was appointed Commissioner for State Investments, Chief Executive Officer at the Agence des participations de l'Etat and hold this position until June 1, 2022.
He also has extensive experience in corporate governance, having served on the boards of directors of SMEs, SMIs and very large listed companies.
He is a graduate of ESSEC Business School and of the Ecole Nationale Supérieure des Postes et Télécommunications.

Philipp Leitner joined Montefiore Investment in 2019 as Senior Associate.
After founding Cognoscere Consulting, a London-based not-for-profit consulting firm in 2011, Philipp joined The Boston Consulting Group, for whom he led various global pharma and tourism projects from the Berlin and Paris offices between 2014 and the end of 2018.
