Courtney brings over a decade's worth of experience in Customer Service to her role as Customer Engagement & Administration Officer. Her previous role at the Hunter Valley Visitor Centre has seen her develop an encyclopedic knowledge of the local area and exceptional customer service skills. Courtney oversees the day-to-day operations of the CPAC Box Office, as well as the management of meeting and conference spaces throughout the venue, making her your welcoming first point of contact and an indispensable part of the team.

Elise Blakeney

Elise brings a veritable wealth of knowledge and experience having worked across multiple disciplines within theatre and events. Her work extends to festivals such as WOMADelaide and Sydney Festival; she has also spent time working in the UK with notable industry leaders on high-profile events including the Edinburgh Festival Fringe, Edinburgh's Christmas and Edinburgh's Hogmanay.

Erin Whyley

After studies in Live Production and Graphic Design, Erin holds more than 12 years of experience within the television, music festival, and theatre industries across Sydney, the Central Coast, and Hunter Valley regions, in roles such as Set Design, Lighting and Audio, and Stage Management. Her six years with PACC include marketing, front-of-house, backstage, and theatre technician roles, making her a true Arts industry all-rounder.

Gray Clack

Gray has spent a number of years honing his design and marketing skills working on campaigns for clients as diverse as McDonalds, Mrs Fields Bakery & Cafe, Boral Australia, and Hunter TAFE, along with an extensive collection of start-up businesses and boutique clients. He has also worked on music festivals and events such as Thrashville, Dashville Skyline, The Gum Ball Festival, Look/Hear Festival, and Winter Live Unplugged.

Hayley Hodge

Job Titles:
  • Cultural & Community Administration Officer Trainee
Hayley is currently undertaking a Traineeship in Certificate IV in Arts and Cultural Administration. Her studies are providing Hayley with valuable exposure to the inner workings of the Arts industry, from business administration and customer service through to event management and ticketing. With an existing background in customer service, Hayley has proven to be a valuable addition to the team, and is ready to assist with ticket enquiries and sales and any other questions you may have prior to your visit to PACC.

Jarrod Behringer

A graduate of Hunter TAFE, having studied sound production (including both studio and live recording), Jarrod has been a part of the CPAC family for over four years. His role has seen him working closely with countless touring productions coming into the venue. An accomplished musician himself, Jarrod has been involved in all facets of live theatre and music production, from bumping in and out shows, to operating both sound and lighting throughout performances. His breadth of experience extends to outdoor events also, such as Cessnock City Council's Carols in the Park and Spring Awakening.

Jenna Blayden

Jenna's involvement in the creative industries spans close to thirty years; performing professionally as a Violinist and contemporary musician; as well as working continuously in theatres, festivals, galleries, tertiary training institutions, artist run initiatives and the Not for Profit Sector since the completion of her Bachelor of Arts (Drama, Music, Creative Writing) at the University of Newcastle in 2008.

Joshua Anderson

Joshua completed a Bachelors of Creative Industries, with distinction in Creative and Performing Arts and Music. Joshua has actively performed and facilitated performance, arts and cultural events as a performer, producer and technician for six years, with a soft spot for shadow puppetry and Classical guitar. Joshua's time with PACC has seen him become familiar with both Technical and Front of House operations, with a keen expectation for the PACC Gallery operations to continue to broaden his contribution.

Vicki Sienczuk

Job Titles:
  • Curator of Creative & Performing Arts
Vicki is a graduate of the University of Newcastle, with a Bachelor of Arts - Fine Arts (Hons. - Class I) and a Doctor of Philosophy. Over the past three decades, Vicki's career has moved back and forth between fine arts and the performing arts with a common thread being her commitment and passion for community-based arts practice. Vicki has worked on large scale community events in Australia and overseas, most notably in Japan.
