Ghaleb Ghaleb - CFO

Ghaleb oversees PBG's financial management and operations, with a focus on building and managing the financial and business functions needed to support PBG's strategic, operational, and transactional activities related to internal financial controls, accounting practices, budget formulation, human resources, cash management, and investment planning. He brings over 25 years of experience as a Finance and Strategy Executive, building successful organizations across a wide variety of industries and in different corporate lifecycles. In addition, Ghaleb supports the execution of PBG's strategy for continued growth through business development, strategic positioning, and organizational execution. Ghaleb's career has been focused on helping domestic and international enterprises of various sizes in both the public and private sector (IT, hospitality, financial services) successfully develop and execute on business strategies. He served as President and Chief Strategy Officer at a global business advisory and strategic consulting firm, where he was responsible for all media/event relations, business plan development for new business units and service lines, and project management for business operations.

Pawla Ghaleb - CEO, President

After a successful career in the Federal Government contracting community, Pawla founded PBG Consulting following her passion and drive to smartly solve complex business problems. She brings over 15 years of experience in Information Technology, Program Management, and Operations. In her role, Pawla oversees PBG's strategic direction and growth as well as all operations and delivery activities. She ensures that the company's culture is not only a true reflection of its Core Values but also thrives as PBG continues to grow. Prior to establishing PBG, Pawla led the development and operations of various organizations' Project/Program Management Office and managed large complex programs for several clients while ensuring outstanding technical performance to meet her clients' mission needs. Her Federal Government clients included the General Services Administration (GSA), Department of Health and Human Services (HHS), Department of State (DOS), Office of Personnel Management (OPM), and the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA). Vanessa Soon - CTO

Vanessa spearheads PBG Consulting's Technology vision and roadmap, and helps guide and execute PBG's strategic vision. She leads PBG's continued development of innovative and emerging solutions that meets the needs of PBG's customers. She brings over 19 years of experience in the IT Industry supporting Federal Agencies, most of which have been focused within the General Services Administration (GSA). She has extensive expertise in IT Transformation/Modernization of Legacy Systems, Systems and Software Integration, Master Data Management, and Business Process Engineering. Prior to joining PBG, Vanessa served as Program Director for a large IT solutions provider overseeing their Federal Solutions Business Unit. She was responsible for managing all aspects of the Software Development Division's delivery organization, including service delivery, client satisfaction, program and project management resourcing and standardization, and architecture standards and development methodologies. In support of GSA Public Building Services (PBS), Vanessa led the IT Transformational modernization programs that supported the PBS Rent Bill and Property Asset Management Solution. Education: George Washington University MBA in Project Management, 2000 Vanessa enjoys every basketball game her daughter plays in, and is fully committed to taking her to horse back riding lessons and competitions.
