We're Thomas, Jodie and Eddie. We love food and people. Thomas founded a food import business and has been trading at local markets in London for almost 10 years. His expertise led him to a judging role at The Great Taste Awards. In spring 2021, Thomas launched Panier Markets. He wanted to use his experience and his network of over 200 local food traders, makers, producers and farms to create and run authentic local food markets across South East England. When Panier Markets launched their second market in 2022, Jodie and Eddie joined the team. Jodie is responsible for recruiting and booking traders and Eddie handles the set-up and operations of our markets. Our approach is authentic, sustainable and dedicated to quality produce above all else... We create beautiful markets and bring independent artisans and producers to local communities across the South of England... We're launching a new Food & Artisan Market in Chertsey, on May Day Bank Holiday! Monday 1st May (
