Haneen Kutub is a Partner at Petrovitch and Kutub and an accomplished attorney with over 13 years of legal experience. While working for a prominent estate planning firm in Boca Raton she obtained her LL.M. in taxation with a concentration in estate planning and an emphasis in international tax from Boston University School of Law.

Jennifer Petrovitch is the Managing Partner and Founder of The Law Office of Petrovitch & Kutub, PA. Jennifer was born in Maryland, but was raised in Palm Beach County, Florida. Jennifer values the importance of client contact and is committed to giving each and every client the attention needed to their individual case. "My why is my dad." reflects Jennifer. I changed my career because of dad's passing from cancer. Our Family went through a lot of strife around the estate. I saw what goes on first hand when someone dies." Jennifer has been on both sides. She brings compassion to her work as she works from experience. "I know how vulnerable a family is after a loss." Jennifer is fluent in Portuguese, as both her parents were born and raised in Brazil. Education Jennifer earned her Bachelor of Science and Master of Science at Florida Atlantic University in Boca Raton, Florida. She earned her Juris Doctorate from Nova Southeastern University. Jennifer began her legal career as a Certified Legal Intern at the State Attorney's office while a student at Nova, working in the County Court division. Ms. Petrovitch is licensed to practice in Florida. Ms. Petrovitch is a member of the Ms. Esquire, West Palm Beach Chapter. She serves proudly as a Committee Member for Women, Wine & Shoes honoring Big Dog Ranch Rescue. Ms. Petrovitch was selected as a 2022 Top Lawyer by Boca Observer.
