Barry Pritchett

Mr. Pritchett has served as Director of Care Logistics since February 2021. He has an extensive background in corporate operations with an emphasis on Contact Center operations. Over the past 30 years, Mr. Pritchett has held several operational leadership roles within Fortune 100 companies such as AT&T, Chase, American Express and The Home Depot. In all of his previous endeavors, Mr. Pritchett has made significant strategic and cultural contributions to not only his specific business unit but to the operation as a whole. Mr. Pritchett is a strong advocate of the principles surrounding "Servant Leadership." These principles have guided his decisions in creating not only efficient business units, but also environments that foster engagement and personal growth. He brings an understanding of essential business operations proficiencies including forecasting, capacity planning, real time management, and growth coaching. Mr. Pritchett has a Bachelor of Science degree in Aerospace Engineering from Arizona State University.

Celeste Peterson - CMO

Ms. Peterson has served as Vice President of Marketing and Brand since August 2020. Her focus is building member growth through strategic marketing campaigns and brand awareness. Prior to joining Redirect Health, she worked within private and public Fortune 100 companies focused on consumers and driving results. Ms. Peterson was the Director of Corporate Marketing and Brand at Verra Mobility where she led global marketing strategy, PR & investor relations, media and re-branding efforts. She also held various marketing leadership roles at NBC Affiliate/12 News, GoDaddy, PetSmart, Old Navy and R&R Partners where she led the Avent account focused on global integrated campaigns, rebranding and media. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from Kent State University.

Craig Mumpton

Mr. Mumpton has served as Director of TPA Operations since February 2021. He oversees the day-to-day operations for the Redirect Health Administration, LLC, a Third-Party Administrator (TPA) created specifically to support Redirect Health in future growth. He oversees the A/R billing, claims, eligibility, vendors and commissions for the TPA. Mr. Mumpton has been working with and creating health plans for TPAs for over 16 years and has created hundreds of plans for most major nationwide insurance carriers including Blue Cross, United and Aetna, with over $100 million in annual premiums. He has worked with brokers and carriers for over 34 years. He holds a BS in Finance from State University of New York, Fredonia.

Darryl Baker

Darryl has more than 20 years of corporate finance leadership experience as CFO and/or Controller of various publicly-traded companies. He helped lead the most successful IPO of 2013 on the NASDAQ while at Insys Therapeutics, and he currently serves as a member of the board of advisors of NeoLight and Matchplay Footwear Innovations.

Deborah Davis-Steinberg

Ms. Davis-Steinberg has served as Director of Financial Operations since July 2021. She brought with her more than 30 years of experience in public and private retail and financial services firms. She has held executive positions in several entrepreneurial entities including the successful launch of an eco-friendly dry cleaning company of which she was the sole owner. Ms. Davis-Steinberg developed a specialty in accounting and tax and is an Enrolled Agent with representation privileges with the IRS. But her primary interest is in helping innovative companies implement operational policies and systems for efficient financial tracking. Ms. Davis-Steinberg holds a Bachelor's degree from San Diego State University and a Masters of Business Administration from Arizona State University.

Dr. Janice Johnston - Founder

Dr. Janice Johnston, MD, is co-founder and Medical Director of Redirect Health. She oversees all medical operations as well as the patient experience, spearheading efforts to enhance quality care while improving administrative efficiencies. In addition to leading medical operations, Janice leads an active family practice and cares for patients of Redirect Health as well as Arrowhead Health Centers, a comprehensive and integrated network of Patient Centered Medical Homes (NCQA Level 3) and surgery centers that she co-founded with her husband, Dr. David Berg, who is also a co-founder of Redirect Health. Janice and Dave opened Arrowhead in 1997 after relocating to Phoenix from Toronto, Canada, with the hope of realizing a new vision for healthcare - one that put the patient first, housed numerous practices and specialties under one roof, and eliminated administrative inefficiencies that drive up costs. Over the next two decades, their vision was realized, and they continued to identify opportunities to provide high quality care that also was affordable and convenient. The business, technological and clinical efficiencies that Janice and Dave developed enabled them to save hundreds of thousands of dollars in employee healthcare costs per year - money they were able to reinvest to grow Arrowhead. Additionally, she is part of the MusicCares provider network through the Grammy Foundation, which helps musicians with medical and living expenses. She was also recognized as a "Keeping the Blues Alive" award recipient for her work advocating for musicians' health. Guy Berry

Mr. Berry serves as Executive Vice President of Operations and has been with Redirect Health since 2013. He has also obtained the level of Senior Certified Professional by the Society of Human Resource Management, supporting his ability to lead people, culture and talent in our organization. Guy has an extensive background in leadership and healthcare with prior experience from Concentra Urgent Care where he was the Assistant Area Operations Director responsible for multiple Urgent Care clinics throughout Arizona. Mr. Berry holds a BBA from Baylor University and an MBA from University of North Texas.

Jeremy Wilson - CTO

Mr. Wilson has served as Chief Technology Officer since August 2021. He is an expert with more than 20 years of experience in enterprise-scale architectures and is exceptional at forming strong, agile teams to accomplish business goals across the entire company. Prior to joining Redirect Health, he served as the Chief Technology Officer of Chassi since its founding in 2016. Mr. Wilson has created or overseen the development of several enterprise SaaS and content delivery platforms including being one of the first employees and Technology Director at the successful SaaS company WebPT, Inc. He is a speaker for Agile Arizona, PMC-IV certified through Pragmatic Marketing, Certified Scrum Alliance ScrumMaster, Certified Agile Coach, a Certified Facilitator, and a 4DX, EBM, and Rockefeller Habits Strategic Planning Coach. Mr. Wilson attended the College of DuPage where he studied Geological/Geophysical Engineering.

Kirby Baer

Mr. Baer has served as Director of Business Development since August 2021. He has vast experience in the insurance industry, holding five insurance designations, four insurance licenses and two FINRA licenses. Prior to joining Redirect Health, Mr. Baer's career included working with Nationwide as a Mergers and Acquisition consultant buying and selling agencies for almost 10 years. His insurance career began with a small nation carrier writing fleet size trucking risks, which led to a role with a regional carrier underwriting commercial accounts, and eventually into production underwriting and finally into sales management. Mr. Baer is a licensed stockbroker and holds a BSBA in Marketing with a minor in Economics from Shippensburg University.

Mark Miola

Mark brings over 25 years of Operations experience spanning early stage ventures & large corporations. He's a career Operations professional known for his ability to make substantial business and process improvements that drive business results. He's been particularly effective managing people and loves helping early stage and growing companies to increase revenue and profitability. As founding COO with Solera Health, he was instrumental in their rapid growth from startup through series B financing and $30MM revenue in under 18 months. Mr. Miola serves as Senior Vice President of Operations and has been with Redirect Health since 2019. His extensive operations experience ranges from small, early stage ventures to large corporations. He's a career operations professional known for his ability to make substantial business and process improvements that drive results. Over his extensive career, Mr. Miola has been particularly effective at managing people, a trait that serves him well when helping startup and growing companies increase revenue and profitability. Prior to Redirect Health, he held leadership and operations roles with Motorola, Radio Shack and Emerson Electric. As founding COO with Solera Health, he was instrumental in the company's rapid growth from startup through series B financing. Mr. Miola holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Aerospace Engineering from Cornell University and an MBA, with distinction, from Northwestern University's Kellogg Graduate School of Business.

Michael Bechtol

Michael Bechtol is the Director of Membership for Redirect Health. He drives initiatives to educate employers and individuals nationwide about Redirect Health's simple and affordable way of doing healthcare. He also innovates new processes and program benefits to bring more value to members, ensuring they have a positive healthcare experience and that all needs are met. Mike deeply understands the relationship between care and cost, especially the fact that quality care can and should be affordable. This belief is what drives him to motivate his team of enrolment specialists to ensure the needs of business owners and their people are put first - and not the other way around. Since joining Redirect Health in 2015, Mike has helped the team put members at the epicentre of operations, thereby allowing greater efficiency, streamlining and affordability. His efforts have helped the company expand membership nationwide.

Paul Johnson - CEO, Founder

Paul Johnson is co-founder and CEO of Redirect Health. He helps oversee operations and identifies new opportunities that support the company's efforts to offer employers affordable, high-quality healthcare. In addition to leading Redirect Health, Paul currently serves as Chairman of the Board of Directors for Arrowhead Health Centers, and he's a past member of the Board of Directors for the John C. Lincoln Hospital Foundation. Widely known as a healthcare visionary, Paul has helped these organizations develop innovative care models that increase the level of care while still reducing costs. Prior to co-founding Redirect Health in 2013, Paul founded several multi-million dollar companies including Southwest Next LLC, a countercyclical real estate company, and Old World Communities LLC, a land development company in the Phoenix market. Paul has also had a successful political career that provided him with a unique understanding of regulatory, development and entitlement processes. He served on the Phoenix City Council from 1985 to 1990 and as Mayor of the City of Phoenix from 1990 to 1994. He and his administration were showcased in the New York Times, Forbes and People, among other national media outlets, for efforts leading to the Bertelsmann Award honoring Phoenix as the "Best Run City in the World." As part of these efforts, Paul helped the city transition to a self-insurance model that saved taxpayers millions of dollars. During his political career, Paul chaired several presidential campaigns and served as a featured speaker at the 1992 Democratic National Convention. He also chaired the AZ League of Towns and Cities, as well as several regional planning committees for the Maricopa Association of Governments, Phoenix Water Services Department, Valley Metro Regional Public Transportation Authority and Arizona Municipal Water Association. He's currently among the best-known leaders of the Independent movement in Arizona. Paul is actively involved in local civic and professional organizations. He currently serves as Chairman of the City of Phoenix Bond Commission and as a member of the Executive Committee of the Greater Phoenix Economic Commission.
