Kate O'Sullivan is an Art Therapist and workshop facilitator. She holds MA Art Therapy from Crawford College of Art and Design, CIT, Cork. She is fully accredited by Irish Association of Creative Art Therapists (IACAT) and works in line with their Code of Professional Conduct and Ethics Kate's special interest is in personal growth and development. Her experitise lays in supporting people that face life challenges through creative means. She has participated in extensive training to deepen her knowledge in the fields of mental health and personal development. Kate's support as an Art therapist and facilitator is client centered and grounded in strong ethical foundations and continues to evolve as she pursues continual professional development and training with approved methodologies. She has an extensive experience in designing and delivering workshops, both online and in person.

Ursula is an Art Therapist holding an MA in Art Therapy from Crawford College of Art and Design, CIT, Cork and is fully accredited by the Irish Association of Creative Art Therapists (IACAT). Ursula's expertise is in the area of mental health, recovery and wellbeing with an emphasis on using effective creative approaches in these areas. Ursula's work practice is client centred as well as trauma and attachment informed. Ursula also works as a cross professional supervisor. Her work is grounded in strong ethical foundations and codes of best practice as set out in The Code of Professional Conduct and Ethics of the Irish Association of Creative Art Therapists and the Supervisors Association of Ireland. Ursula has many years of experience as a community artist and delivering workshops and training to groups, organisations and educational institutions.
