This will be the first time needing mold and water clean up, but when we called to book an estimate, they were quick to respond and set up an appointment. When the contractor, Josh, stopped by, he gave us an honest assessment and estimate and put all of our worries at ease. We Had Josh and his team start the next day to clean up the water damage and mold that was in the basement. He was kind, knowledgeable and professional. Also, we are looking forward to the using RoxStar for the rebuild process as well.
