Ashley Garcia O.D. was born and raised in San Antonio, TX. Doctor Garcia graduated from Harlandale High School and attended St. Mary's University where she received her Bachelor of Science degree with a minor in Chemistry. She then went on to attend the University of the Incarnate Word Rosenberg School of Optometry where she received her Doctorate of Optometry. While attending school, she was a member of Fellowship of Christian Optometrists and participated in mission trips to Guatemala where she helped to translate for the community from English to Spanish, the Texas Rio Grande, and in downtown San Antonio giving full eye exams to those who did not have prior access to eye care. Doctor Garcia has gained experience in multiple areas in optometry through her externships at the VA Clinic in Austin and at the Bond Wroten Eye Clinic in Louisiana. During her externships, Dr. Garcia was trained in treatment and management of various diseases such as diabetic and hypertensive retinopathy, glaucoma, macular degeneration, dry eye syndrome, and age related macular degeneration. Dr. Garcia is also trained in co-management of cataract and refractive surgeries, as well as various contact lens fittings. When Dr. Garcia is not in clinic she enjoys spending time with her family, fiancé and her two dogs Groot and Remy. She also enjoys reading(specially Harry Potter), playing the violin and watching the latest on Netflix.

Dr. Nabeel Hasan is focused on catering to the individual eye care needs of his patients with utmost dedication. He believes in a more holistic approach to patient care, used with cutting-edge technology to provide the best eye care possible.
Dr. Hasan attended the University of Houston, where he received his Bachelor of Science in Biology. He then went on to attend University of Houston College of Optometry where he received his Doctorate of Optometry. Dr. Hasan completed externships at various private practices focused mainly on primary care, glaucoma, diabetic retinopathy, and other retinal pathologies. He was involved in specialty retina and glaucoma clinic during his time at the University of Houston. Dr. Hasan has also co-managed cataract and other ocular surgeries providing pre/post operative care.
Outside of his time practicing optometry, Dr. Hasan enjoys exploring natural and historical parks. He also likes playing, as well as watching, soccer games.
Dr. Talia Tunstill is a therapeutic optometrist with residency training in primary care and ocular disease. She strives to provide quality eye and vision care through a patient-focused approach.
Dr. Tunstill was born and raised in Fort Hood, Texas. She earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Biology with a minor in Stem education from Texas A&M University. She received her Doctor of Optometry degree from the University of the Incarnate Word Rosenberg School of Optometry. She completed clinical externships in contact lens, primary care, and ocular disease at a private practice and the VA clinic in Austin, Texas. During optometry school, she participated in multiple domestic medical mission trips and one international mission trip in Guatemala. Upon graduation, Dr. Tunstill completed a residency at the Rosenberg School of Optometry in primary care with an emphasis on ocular disease. Her residency training consisted of ocular disease rotations with local cornea, retina, uveitis, and glaucoma specialists. During her training, Dr. Tunstill presented case reports, research, and lectures for the Association for Research in Vision and Ophthalmology, local optometric societies, and UIW's school of medicine and school of optometry.
When she is not practicing optometry, Dr. Tunstill enjoys expressing herself creatively by painting or sketching portraits. She also always enjoys spending quality time with her family and two dogs, listening to "old school" music, and watching re-runs of the Office.
