Dalia Shoukry joined Siemens in Egypt in 2021 as its Chief Financial Officer after more than two decades in the pharmaceuticals industry. Prior to Siemens, she was AstraZeneca's international finance director, and previously held senior financial roles based in Egypt, UK and France with responsibilities spanning Europe, the Middle East and Africa. As CFO, Shoukry is responsible for the company's overall financial strategy. She oversees commercial business operations, budget, accounting, treasury, tax, supply chain and other corporate functions with the overall goal to achieve the company's aggressive business expansion strategy. She's the first woman to hold the CFO position for Siemens in Egypt. Shoukry was born and lives in Cairo. She earned her bachelor's degree in accounting from Ain Shams University in 1997.

Emad Ghaly

Emad Ghaly is the CEO of Siemens Egypt, effective July 01, 2016. During his 23-year tenure at Siemens, he has held various managerial positions in Europe and the Middle East. Based in Cairo, Ghaly was most recently Senior Executive Vice President for Wind and Renewables for Siemens in the Middle East, and for Power and Gas for Siemens in Egypt, overseeing a wide range of business segments, services and technologies. Ghaly has been elected in July 2018 as the President of the German-Arab Chamber of Industry and Commerce. Between 2008 and 2011, Ghaly served as President of Renewable Energy and Oil and Gas for Siemens in Egypt. In 2006, Ghaly was appointed as Senior Vice President Head of Corporate Strategy and Government Affairs for Siemens in Egypt, focusing on growth areas and developing new opportunities in the market. Prior to this tenure, Ghaly served as Director of Regional Sales Northern and Western Europe - from 2004 through 2006 - where he contributed to developing the company's business in several countries across Europe including Germany, the UK, Ireland and Netherlands. Ghaly started his career with Siemens in 1995, as an electrical engineer. He has held various senior positions at Information and Communications sector before becoming a Key Account Manager for Siemens Information and Communication Mobile Group in 2000. Ghaly, an Egyptian national, received his bachelor's degree in engineering from Ain Shams University, and completed his MBA at the American University in Cairo in 2002. He was selected in 2011 as a Member of the Advisory Board of the Renewable Energy and Energy Efficiency for the Middle East and North Africa (REmena), and also served as a board member of the Egyptian Junior Business Association (EJB) from 2011 to 2015.

Hakan Ozdemir

Ozdemir joined Siemens in 2014 as the director of strategy and business development in Turkey, after working for other prominent companies in the U.S., Germany and Turkey. He became Chief Executive Officer of Siemens in Qatar in October 2022. Ozdemir is a seasoned management professional with broad experience in industry, infrastructure, healthcare and technology. Prior to joining Siemens, he worked at AT&T and IMS Consulting Group. As a management consultant, he advised companies such as GSK, Pfizer, Abbott, Johnson & Johnson and Bayer on digital transformation, organizational structures, go-to-market strategies and due diligence. He held multiple positions of increasing responsibility at Siemens in Turkey - a company with over 4,500 employees involved in manufacturing, R&D and sales. In his role in strategy and government affairs, Ozdemir was involved in major projects in healthcare, high-speed rail, energy, and infrastructure valued at over 1 billion. Prior to his nomination as the CEO of Siemens in Qatar, he was the vice president and head of sales of Siemens in Turkey, with direct responsibility of over 300 million in annual revenue. As a business executive, Ozdemir is an advocate of implementing technologies in infrastructure and industries that transform our lives and protect our planet. These days his focus is on melding technologies - such as artificial intelligence, cybersecurity, additive manufacturing, 5G and the future of automation - into a cohesive bundle that will create immense value for Siemens' customers. Born in Munich, Ozdemir earned his bachelor's degree in chemistry from at Boğaziçi University in Turkey, and a bachelor's degree and Master of Business Administration from the University of West Georgia in the U.S.

Mauro Giudicianni

Mauro is the Chief Financial Officer of Siemens Qatar W.L.L. since April 1, 2017. In addition to his current role, he also assumed the CFO role for Siemens Kuwait, Bahrain and Oman in 2020. Mauro's career at Siemens spans over 16 years across the EMEA region where he's worked in various functional areas including Finance, Accounting, Controlling, Human Resources, and general management. Prior to moving to the Middle East, Mauro was responsible for the Commercial function for Energy Management, Transmission Solutions for Italy, as well as the Nordic and Balkan Countries. In 2013, Mauro moved to Dubai to become CFO of Osram Middle East FZE where he was also General Illumination Cluster Sales Controller for Middle East, Africa and Turkey. He then assumed the position of Country Divison Controller for Energy Management in Siemens Qatar in 2016. Mauro holds a Master of Science Degree in Law and Business Administration from Bocconi University in Milan, Italy.

Markus Strohmeier is the Managing Director of Siemens Pakistan. Strohmeier assumed his current role on July 1, 2020. Before that he was Senior Executive Vice President, Regional Solutions and Services, Smart Infrastructure, Siemens Middle East. Based in Dubai, UAE, Strohmeier was instrumental in supporting customers in the region to build increasingly digitalized infrastructure for smarter, safer and more energy efficient buildings. Between 2009 and 2017, Strohmeier was the CEO of Siemens LLC in the Sultanate of Oman, responsible for developing some of the company's most significant projects in the country. Strohmeier began his career with Siemens in Germany in 1990 for Public Communication Networks, and his assignments have led him to Libya, Indonesia, Saudi Arabia and China. He went on to head the Mobility and Energy Management Divisions in Siemens Indonesia, in addition to his role as Board Member of the same organization. During his tenure as CEO of Siemens LLC in the Sultanate of Oman, he was directly heading the Divisions Power and Gas, Building Technologies, Digital Factory and Process Industries and Drives. Strohmeier is an Electrical Engineer and graduated from Höhere Technische Bundeslehranstalt in Klagenfurt Austria.
