Founded in 2011, Jiatong operates out of an advanced 6500 square meter production facility in Humen Town, Guangdong Province. The factory is outfitted with Japanese Mitsubishi 3500W and 4500W laser cutting machines, two Japanese Amada AE2510NT CNC stamping presses, one EM2510 CNC stamping press, three Japanese Toyo bending machines, three Japanese AMADA bending machines, two Taiwanese multi-axis tapping machines, 200T four-axis precision hydraulic press brakes, and plenty of other auxiliary equipment such as riveting machines. We also have a welding line that includes different welding technologies like TIG welders and MIG welders with CO2. We employ a coating line that includes a large-scale blasting machine, 6m*3m industrial cabinet oven, and 175m semi-automatic coating line.Quality Control...
