SHAN SHUI RESTAURANT

Shan Shui is a Halal Chinese restaurant that opened in 2018 in Bicester Village in Oxfordshire. The inspiration is drawn from Shanghai in the 1920s when it used to be the place to be for art, architecture, dance halls and glitzy restaurants... The menu features a selection of Chinese favourites along with the culinary wonders of South-East Asia. Shan Shui also serves up a wide range of bite-sized Dim Sum that are steamed fresh daily. Our dumplings and bao buns are presented in piping hot bamboo steamer baskets and are perfect for sharing.
