Linda A Snow

Linda Snow, sole member, began her career within the commercial construction industry. For nine years, she served as the Assistant Treasurer of the family-owned business, A.W. Bourbeau & Son, Inc. In January 1990, she began advancing her career into public accounting. Linda worked for five and a half years for a Concord based public accounting firm, working full time, earning her Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and her Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification by the end of the 1994. In June 1995, Linda started her own general practice CPA firm, working with individuals and small business owners throughout the state of New Hampshire. After ten years, she sold the CPA firm to begin a new opportunity with her husband, Tom. They started a residential excavation company serving the New Hampshire community. After establishing her husband's business and attending to some personal goals, Linda began a career opportunity within the publishing industry. For the next three years, Linda was the Controller and Treasurer for Yankee Publishing, Inc. located in Dublin, New Hampshire. Yankee Publishing is the publisher of the Old Farmer's Almanac and Yankee Magazine, a 75-year-old family-owned business. During her employment with Yankee Publishing, Linda transformed the Information Services Department (Accounting and Information Technology). She streamlined procedures and processes, evaluated workflow and job responsibilities, reconfigured the information technology structure and security (with the assistance of IT consultants), and lead the department into a true "team" spirit environment. Upon completing her professional goals at Yankee Publishing, she resigned her position to begin Snow Consulting & Tax, PLLC. Reflecting on her 20-year career and experience, Linda discovered the need for a specialty firm exclusively serving NH small business owners and the unique challenges they encounter.
